Description

Vertical OPA, OPB pumps are intended for pumping and increase in pressure of the purified drinking water which is not containing abrasive and dlinnovoloknisty impurity (content of sand of 50 g/m3 [for OPA.0; OPA.1; OPA.2; OPA.3; OPB.2 and OPB.3] and 100 g/m3 [for OPA.4; OPA.5; OPA.6; OPA.7]). The pumps OPA can be used to pumping of other liquids which viscosity does not exceed 200 mm2 / with, at aggression within corrosion resistance of materials of the pumps used to production also.
OPA, OPB pumps find application in the following branches:

Design

Vertical, multistage bladed pumps, with opposite soaking up and delivery branch pipes ("in line" system). The drive from the standard flange electric motor is transmitted through the coupling (vtulochno - longitudinally spiral in case of the pumps OPA.0, OPA.1, OPA.2, OPA.3 or vtulochny in case of the pumps OPA.4, OPA.5, OPA.6, OPA.7). The top pump housing at the same time is fastening for the engine.
The axial forces arising in system during operation of the pump are transferred via the rolling bearing installed in a pump mouth (which is not demanding service throughout all term of the operation).
Radial forces are transferred by the sliding bearing greased by the pumped - over liquid which is protected from work dry by its room in vsasyvayushche – a stitched part of the lower pump housing.
The shaft of the pump is condensed in the top case with unary face consolidation (mechanical) which type is defined depending on pressure and temperature of the pumped - over liquid.

  • position of the bearing of sliding in constantly filled in space of the lower case protects it from work dry and the accelerated wear.
